Privacy Notice

This service collects the information you provide in order to process honours nominations on behalf of the Chancellery of the Royal Kaharagian Honours. Nominations are handled in confidence and are used only for the consideration and administration of honours.

The information you submit — your contact details and the details of the nominee — is stored in the registers of the Chancellery and shared only with those involved in reviewing nominations. We do not publish nominee or nominator details, and the nominee is not informed of a nomination by this service.

We record limited technical information (such as a one-way hashed form of your network address) solely to protect the service from abuse. We do not store your network address in a recoverable form, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
